Adam Floyd

Attorney

Adam Floyd is a litigation attorney who represents individuals, families, and businesses in a wide range of civil matters. His practice focuses on delivering results through strategic advocacy, whether at the negotiating table or in the courtroom.

After opening his own practice, Adam built and managed a successful general litigation docket, representing clients throughout Southeast Texas. From 2022 to 2025, he obtained multimillion-dollar recoveries in personal injury and business litigation, including matters involving motor vehicle accidents, construction defects, and toxic torts.  He has also handled complex family law disputes, including high-value marital estates and sensitive child protection matters, bringing steady, disciplined advocacy to difficult and high-stakes situations.

In addition to his litigation work, Adam previously served as General Counsel to a regional healthcare organization, advising executive leadership on risk management, regulatory compliance, contracts, and litigation strategy in a highly regulated industry.

Earlier in his career, Adam practiced at established Texas civil defense firms, where he handled insurance defense, trucking, property damage, and motor vehicle cases. This experience gives him valuable insight into how opposing parties evaluate and defend claims—an advantage he uses to position his clients for strong outcomes.

Adam earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he received a Dean’s Scholarship and was recognized for excellence in legal writing. He also holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and his background in education continues to shape his clear, client-focused approach to advocacy.
