Early in Bonnie’s career she practiced in the areas of product liability and medical malpractice defense. Over the past 15 years her practice has focused on personal injury, fighting for the injured party. Bonnie has excellent rapport with her clients and provides them step-by-step guidance through the litigation process.
Bonnie graduated from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Highland Heights, Kentucky earning honors of magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. While in law school Bonnie served on the Northern Kentucky Law Review, publishing Survey of Medical Malpractice.
At Hilliard Law Bonnie focuses on mass torts and class actions. Since 2019 she has been the co-lead on six consumer class action lawsuits against the big three auto manufacturers stemming from sales and distribution of vehicles containing the defective fuel pump. She currently leads the team fighting for thousands of victims of the opioid crisis.
Prior to law school, Bonnie earned her degrees in radiology technology and organizational studies from Northern Kentucky University where she was awarded the President’s Scholarship. As a Life Fellow of the Bar Foundation and a Rotarian, Bonnie is actively involved in her community, serving on boards of non-profit organizations to lead efforts to fund educational opportunities and feed children in need. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and two dogs.
